customers

i honestly didnt pay attention during this video because i zoned out but in a business ive heard that they go by the customer is always right and the relationship between you and a customer should be a good relationship because if they like your service then they will most likely buy your stuff. If the customer buys your stuff then they like what they buy they will become a loyal customer and buy your stuff more often but you need to have a good relationship in order for you to convince the customer they should try such and such.
