i dont know what i would classify it as in my opinion i watched it and saw art/graffiti and i find that yes some graffiti is bad and people do it just to vandalize property but the ones who do it to express things and it acctually looks like art should be allowed and i dont know why bansky would do this but thats all just my opinion this is all that i can explain to my best ability.

if im the manager of the store and an employee isnt motivated to come to work and is constantly late id either ask him/her why this has happened and ask if anything is going on that is causing this and give him/her my help if they need it/ask for it
